Miranda has worked in debt structuring for over 15 years. She has been a partner of a FTSE 100 wealth management company and has brokered over £1bn of structured debt, equity and mezzanine solutions. Miranda is a great proponent of the importance of technology in finance and the need to provide easy to understand client solutions. She has been nominated for a number of industry awards and sits on the executive committee for the Financial Intermediary and Broker Association and previously the Association of bridging Professionals. She has a full financial advisory background and is a qualified and certified financial planner as well as an alumnae of Said Business School’s fintech programme.
Client Relationship Manager
Matt is a Corporate and Real Estate Debt Adviser at Yellow Stone, responsible for overseeing elements of the existing portfolio and developing new relationships with Real Estate Companies. He has been involved in the asset-backed lending sector since 2014 – structuring debt across the capital stack, regularly against multiple asset classes and complex sponsor structures.
Prior to joining Yellow Stone, Matt was on a rotational programme with Glencore Spain where he gained experience in trading commodities and derivatives.
Matt holds a BSc Hons in Business Management and is currently studying a part-time MBA at Imperial College London.
Technical & Marketing Manager
James joined Yellow Stone Finance in November 2018. He brings with him his experience of company rebranding, change management and data systems. Working closely with lenders, he’s responsible for maintaining the information we have about them and their products. James is currently learning all about the finance world and spends a lot of time liaising with our clients. In his spare time, he is a Civilian Instructor in the RAF Air Cadets and a Football Coach.
Matthew recently joined us after three years at a brokerage working within the residential and short-term finance space. Matthew has a love for property and wishes to grow his own portfolio. Not only does he go the extra mile for his clients, he brings with him a positive approach, coupled with a natural flare for meeting new people.
Anthony served as an Infantry officer in the British Army in Kenya, London District and Northern Ireland. He joined the City in his late twenties and worked as a bond salesman and trader at Swiss Bank Corporation and Bank of America.
He then spent thirteen years at BNP Paribas as Head of Financial Institutions Debt Capital Markets for Europe and raised senior debt and preference shares for European Banks and Insurance companies. He spearheaded a capital product issued by Financial Institutions which was sold through an extensive network of Private Banks in Singapore, Hong Kong, Monaco, Geneva and Brussels.
He briefly worked in renewable energy project finance while at WH Ireland. In late 2012 he set up and ran Wellesley & Co, a peer to peer lender that started trading in mid 2013. It specialised in lending to Property Developers and drew its lending capital from over 12,000 retail investors. By mid 2015 it had just over £200m of retail investments and loans, and Wellesley & Co had won several awards as a Peer to Peer lender. He left Wellesley & Co in mid 2015.
He joined Grosvenor Bridging to help increase the flow of loan demand from Property Developers, and to raise senior debt to finance that increased demand. He also works alongside Yellow Stone Finance Group ltd arranging financing for all variety of property related projects.
Senior Mortgage Administrator
Virginia has worked in financial services for many years, including at First National Bank, NatWest Markets, John Charcol and UBS. During that time she has gained a wealth of experience in many different markets. Virginia brings that knowledge into her role as a Senior Mortgage Administrator. In her spare time she follows motorcycle racing and is a keen gardener.
Senior Client Relationship Manager
Starting as a mortgage broker in the early 1990’s within estate agency, Mike became a top adviser for Black Horse Agencies before moving into management with Royal & Sun Alliance property Services building, managing several successful mortgage adviser teams as well as the responsibility for 45 estate agency branches.
Mike moved to London Sales Director at John Charcol before being promoted to National Sales Director where he continued to keep an active role in broking throughout his career.
In 2010, Mike joined Which?Financial Services as their Managing Director successfully building a bespoke mortgage broking business and growing the business from a pilot scheme to the point of arranging over 600 mortgages a month for UK consumers. Mike then decided to become a consultant within the mortgage industry assisting consumers with their financial requirements for residential, investment, bridging or commercial loans.
Having worked within the industry and made many friends and contacts, he decided to join Yellow Stone Finance to work with Miranda Khadir and her team in providing quality advice and great customer outcomes.
